Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements by accounting standards.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other key balance sheet items.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to support the company's strategic goals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding financial and tax reporting.
• Audit Preparation: Work closely with auditors during financial audits, preparing necessary documentation and supporting analysis.
• Tax Management: Support tax filing processes, including GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters.
• Cost Control & Analysis: Monitor company expenses and provide reports for cost-saving initiatives and budget adherence.
• Financial Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes, increasing efficiency and accuracy.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Standards: Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze complex financial data, with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with the ability to solve financial issues and optimize processes.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior management.
• Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CA/CPA or equivalent certification.
• Experience in financial reporting and tax filing in a multinational company.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards is a plus.
