Full-Time Driver Needed in Mumbai

Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and professional full-time driver for a personal and corporate driving position based in Mumbai. This role requires a dedicated individual who can manage driving duties responsibly, ensure the safety of passengers, and handle the vehicle's maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a solid knowledge of Mumbai’s roads, and traffic rules, and the ability to navigate through various routes in the city. Key Responsibilities:

1. Safe Transportation:
   • Provide safe and timely transportation services for the employer and their family members, or for business-related tasks.
   • Ensure a smooth driving experience by adhering to all traffic laws, signs, and road regulations.
   • Anticipate traffic issues, manage time efficiently, and choose the best routes to avoid unnecessary delays.
2. Vehicle Maintenance:
   • Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean and good working condition at all times.
   • Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is safe and roadworthy, and take care of basic repairs, tire maintenance, and fluid checks (oil, coolant, etc.).
   • Schedule and oversee the timely servicing and repairs of the vehicle, ensuring preventive maintenance is followed.
3. Professionalism:
   • Demonstrate a professional and respectful attitude towards the employer, passengers, and any individuals encountered during duty.
   • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding any personal or business matters discussed during work hours.
   • Follow a disciplined routine, being punctual, and reliable daily.
4. Documentation:
   • Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and servicing schedules.
   • Ensure that the vehicle has up-to-date insurance and registration documents, and manage renewals if necessary.
5. Flexibility:
   • Work flexible hours based on the employer's requirements. Some weekend and evening shifts may be necessary depending on the employer’s schedule.
   • Be ready to drive to various locations across Mumbai and occasionally out of town for short trips.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Valid Driver’s License: A valid and clean driving license (LMV/Private/Commercial) is mandatory.
2. Experience: At least 3-5 years of driving experience in Mumbai, preferably as a personal or corporate driver.
3. Familiarity with Routes: Strong knowledge of Mumbai's roads, areas, and traffic patterns. Experience using GPS systems is a plus.
4. Communication Skills: Basic proficiency in Hindi and English. Good communication skills to interact with employers and handle instructions efficiently.
5. Professionalism: Candidates must exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and excellent interpersonal skills. Prior experience with high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients is an advantage.
6. Safety-Conscious: Strong emphasis on road safety, defensive driving, and the ability to stay calm in stressful traffic situations.

Work Environment:
