Work side-by-side with finance managers and department heads to define roles, shape interview flows, and align on expectations.

Your insights will help reframe job posts, update interview formats, and bring more relevance to each touchpoint.

What Youâll Accomplish in 90 Days
- Take ownership of 8â10 open roles across accounting, FP&A, and finance operations.
- Attract top-tier candidates who possess both technical precision and business acumen.
- Redesign at least one process (outreach, screening, onboarding, etc.) for better results.

What Makes You Right for This Role
Finance recruiting isnât about checking boxes. Itâs about understanding how performance and personality align. You bring that insight.

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on finance or accounting roles
- Solid grasp of financial roles and tools: You know your way around GAAP, forecasting, and systems like NetSuite or QuickBooks
- You explain complexity simply, whether you're chatting with an analyst or a hiring director
- Strong follow-through, detail orientation, and the ability to juggle multiple roles
- You build trust quickly, and candidates see you as a career partnerânot just another recruiter
