What You’ll Help Us Build

Finance doesn’t operate in a silo—and neither does this role. You’ll help build teams that keep organizations running with precision, insight, and integrity.
  • Find candidates with clarity and conviction You’ll source finance professionals who go beyond spreadsheets—people who ask smart questions, anticipate trends, and make data meaningful.
  • Create a candidate experience that builds trust From the first message to the final offer, you’ll maintain honest, human, and timely communication. No ghosting. No confusion. Just real conversations.
  • Use data to sharpen your instincts Whether it’s a sourcing funnel or time-to-hire dashboard, you’ll lean into numbers to improve outreach, screening, and conversion.
  • Partner closely with hiring leads Work side-by-side with finance managers and department heads to define roles, shape interview flows, and align on expectations.
  • ✍️ Refine the finance recruiting story Your insights will help reframe job posts, update interview formats, and bring more relevance to each touchpoint.

  • Our stack includes: Greenhouse, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Work async when it works best: We’re flexible about schedules as long as outcomes are clear.
  • Collaboration feels natural: We document well, ask thoughtful questions, and support each other’s growth.

What You’ll Accomplish in 90 Days

  • Take ownership of 8–10 open roles across accounting, FP&A, and finance operations.
  • Attract top-tier candidates who possess both technical precision and business acumen.
  • Redesign at least one process (outreach, screening, onboarding, etc.) for better results.

✅ What Makes You Right for This Role

Finance recruiting isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about understanding how performance and personality align. You bring that insight.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on finance or accounting roles
  • Solid grasp of financial roles and tools: You know your way around GAAP, forecasting, and systems like NetSuite or QuickBooks
  • You explain complexity simply, whether you're chatting with an analyst or a hiring director
  • Strong follow-through, detail orientation, and the ability to juggle multiple roles
  • You build trust quickly, and candidates see you as a career partner—not just another recruiter
