Primary Responsibilities

Conduct Assessments & Reviews

• Evaluate student coursework, projects, and assignments to ensure academic rigor and learning objectives are met
• Provide personalized, actionable feedback that promotes learning and self-reflection
• Host virtual assessments, including presentations, live oral reviews, and asynchronous evaluations
• Analyze assessment results to identify trends, common challenges, and areas for instructional improvement

Collaborate for Academic Integrity

• Work with instructional designers and course facilitators to ensure that assessments are valid, fair, and aligned with expected outcomes
• Recommend changes or enhancements to course materials and exam formats to improve clarity and effectiveness
• Participate in collaborative virtual meetings with educational teams to discuss learner outcomes and pedagogical adjustments

Uphold Quality and Compliance

• Maintain consistent digital documentation and grading records for each student assessed
• Ensure that evaluation criteria are transparently applied and in compliance with institutional and accreditation standards
• Support internal quality audits and provide evidence-based input for continuous course improvement

• Practical experience in using learning management systems like Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or equivalent
