Primary Responsibilities
Conduct Assessments & Reviews
- Evaluate student coursework, projects, and assignments to ensure academic rigor and learning objectives are met
- Provide personalized, actionable feedback that promotes learning and self-reflection
- Host virtual assessments, including presentations, live oral reviews, and asynchronous evaluations
- Analyze assessment results to identify trends, common challenges, and areas for instructional improvement
Collaborate for Academic Integrity
- Work with instructional designers and course facilitators to ensure that assessments are valid, fair, and aligned with expected outcomes
- Recommend changes or enhancements to course materials and exam formats to improve clarity and effectiveness
- Participate in collaborative virtual meetings with educational teams to discuss learner outcomes and pedagogical adjustments
Uphold Quality and Compliance
- Maintain consistent digital documentation and grading records for each student assessed
- Ensure that evaluation criteria are transparently applied and in compliance with institutional and accreditation standards
- Support internal quality audits and provide evidence-based input for continuous course improvement

- Prior experience in teaching, remote learning, or instructional support (minimum 2 years required)
- Practical experience in using learning management systems like Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or equivalent
