Location: Remote Salary: $64,362 annually Position Overview: The Digital Workforce Coordinator manages and optimizes our organization's digital workforce strategy. This remote position is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who excels at coordinating various digital tasks, supporting virtual teams, and ensuring the seamless integration of digital tools and processes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital workforce dynamics. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Workforce Management:
    • Oversee deploying and utilizing digital tools and platforms that support remote and hybrid work environments.
    • Coordinate with departments to identify digital needs and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Manage and maintain digital workflows, ensuring that tasks and projects are tracked and completed promptly.
  2. Project Coordination:
    • Lead and coordinate digital projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.
    • Develop project plans, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.
    • Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Digital Tool Integration:
    • Assess and recommend new digital tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency and support the digital workforce.
    • Oversee the integration of new tools into existing systems and workflows, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum effectiveness.
    • Provide training and support to team members on using digital tools and platforms.
  4. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and report on digital workforce performance and productivity data.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into key metrics and trends.
