Ready for a Job Where Digital Feels Human?
If you ask five people how they ended up working in digital marketing, none of them will tell the same story. In our team, some showed up because they love writing, others because theyâre obsessed with trends, a few wanted to design, and one guy just thought it sounded cooler than banking. Thereâs no fixed recipe. Thatâs the point.
Right now, weâre looking for someone who can
see what most people scroll past. Someone who doesnât just follow the latest digital trendâthey want to know where it started, and what comes next. If you live anywhere in Tirupati, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, or Vizianagaram, and you think digital should have a little more personality, we should probably meet.
Where It All Began
A few years ago, three friends sat in a rented flat above a mechanic shop and wondered how to get a city talking about local tea. One campaign and a few hundred WhatsApp forwards later, people were sharing their own tea selfies with us. The rest is, well, still happening. We havenât stopped chasing ideas since. From memes to mini-documentaries, SEO puzzles to viral shortsâevery project is a fresh experiment.
What Actually Happens Here
Letâs be honest: if you want a job where you post pre-written captions on Instagram all day, youâll get bored fast. This is for people who want to build things from scratch, fix what doesnât work, and learn on the go.
Maybe youâll:
- Spot a dull landing page and give it a jolt. Write the post that makes someone laugh out loud on a bus.
- Notice the one small change in Googleâs search algorithm that everyone else misses.
- Figure out which emoji actually gets more people to click.
- Start an email thread that people forward to their cousinsâbecause itâs that good.
- Pull together numbers and actually tell us a story, not just a chart.
And when a campaign flops, youâll probably laugh and try again. Because honestly, thatâs where the good ideas come from.
Tools & Tech? Youâll Learn As You Go
We use everything from Canva and Google Analytics to half-scribbled whiteboard plans and those odd late-night brainstorms on WhatsApp. Sometimes we work out of a proper office, sometimes in pajamas at home, and once in a while, on a noisy train.
If you know how to search for answers, or youâre curious enough to ask, youâll be fine. We care more about how you think than how many tools you know.
Who Fits In
- Education? 8th standard, degree, somewhere in betweenâit doesnât matter. Show us how you learn, not what marks you scored.
- Experience? Maybe youâre new. Perhaps youâve run ten campaigns. Either way, if you spot what others donât, you belong here.
- Age? 18, 60, doesnât matter. What matters: your perspective and drive.
- Gender? We donât care. Bring your whole self. Thatâs what makes our meetings actually interesting.
What We Offer (Besides the Obvious)
Letâs skip the usual âwork-life balanceâ line. Instead:
- Take risks. Run with ideas, even if they flop. Youâll get honest feedbackâno sugarcoating, but plenty of support.
- No one cares where you work from, as long as you show up (virtually or in person) and contribute.
- If you want to move up, weâll help you build the skillsâlead a project, teach us something new, or improve at what you love.
Salary: Up to âš30,000/month (based on your work, your spark, your results)
Locations (Meet us if you want, or work remotely):
- Tirupati â Mahal Rd, Bhavani Nagar
- Vijayawada â Near Road Number
- Visakhapatnam â VIP Road To Rama Talkies
- Vizianagaram â RTC Complex Area
How to Apply
Donât worry about having a perfect resume. Instead, send us something that demonstrates your capabilities. Got a portfolio? Even better. But if not, tell us about a digital moment you createdâor just a trend you wish youâd started. We care about the person, not just the application.
Before You Go
We donât want people who want âa job.â We want people who want to leave their mark, try odd things, maybe even start a digital trend or two. If thatâs you, click apply. If not, no hard feelings. (Seriouslyâwhy waste your time?)
One Last Thing
Most job posts sound the same. Weâd rather you join us for who you are, not for who you think you should pretend to be. Weâre still figuring things out every day. The only thing we know for sure: itâs more fun (and a lot more interesting) with the right people.
