  1. Culinary Expertise:
    • Prepare a variety of non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes with precision and creativity.
    • Ensure the quality and taste of all dishes meet the hotel's standards.
  2. Menu Planning:
    • Collaborate with the head chef to plan and develop menu items.
    • Stay updated on food trends and introduce new, innovative dishes.
  3. Food Safety and Hygiene:
    • Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
  4. Ordering and Inventory:
    • Responsible for ordering and managing inventory of non-veg and veg ingredients.
    • Minimize waste and control costs through efficient inventory management.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate and expedite meal preparation.
    • Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff as needed.
  6. Adaptability:
    • Handle special dietary requests and accommodate guest preferences.
    • Be flexible in adapting to changes in the menu or kitchen processes.
  7. Quality Control:
    • Regularly taste and evaluate prepared dishes to maintain consistency.
    • Address any issues related to food quality promptly.
  8. Customer Interaction:

Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a Non-Veg and Veg Cook in a hotel or restaurant setting.
