What You’ll Be Doing

What You Need to Succeed

Families will provide the tools you need—from cleaning supplies to hygiene kits. For cooks, proper utensils and clean kitchens. For caregivers, medical tools and comfort items are essential. You’ll always have the setup to do your job well.

Drivers should be familiar with the roads in Mumbai and hold a valid license with a clean record. Nurses and Japa Maids should know how to use basic health-monitoring tools.

Who We’re Looking For

To be a great fit, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in your role
• Ability to speak Hindi or Marathi (English is a plus)
• A responsible, caring, and trustworthy nature
• Contact details of previous employers or professional references
• For driving roles: a valid license and city knowledge
• For nursing: prior experience or basic certification in caregiving
