Workforce Intelligence & Metrics
- Monitor workforce KPIs and model employee behavior patterns across hybrid and distributed environments
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualization tools with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Leverage forecasting techniques and algorithms to identify attrition risks and hiring trends
Strategic Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, DEI, L&D, and HR Operations to align data with strategic goals
- Translate data insights into actionable stories for senior leadership
Technical Development
- Develop automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, and APIs for real-time reporting
