As a
Virtual Usability Tester, youâll dive into digital products before they meet the masses. Your job? Ensure theyâre easy to use, intuitive, and just plain awesome. Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in usability testing, UX design, or digital product evaluation
- â° Strong attention to detailâif a button is a pixel off, youâll notice it
- Excellent communication skills to convey feedback with clarity and precision
- Empathy for the user, with a deep understanding of human behavior and accessibility needs
- Familiarity with usability testing tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Optimal Workshop, or Hotjar
- Creative problem-solver with the confidence to suggest unconventional ideas when appropriate
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1
- Experience conducting A/B tests or moderated usability sessions
- Experience testing both native mobile apps and responsive websites
