As a crucial part of our auditing function, you will evaluate and ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reports prepared by various departments. 1. Financial Reporting Review:
   • Conducted comprehensive audits of financial statements, ensuring they adhered to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
   • Analyze financial data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
   • Identify and document discrepancies, potential issues, and areas for improvement in financial reports.
2. Compliance and Regulation:
   • Ensure financial reports comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
   • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.
   • Provide recommendations for adjustments or corrective actions to align reports with regulatory requirements.
3. Risk Assessment:
   • Evaluate internal controls and financial processes to identify risks and inefficiencies.
   • Perform risk assessments to determine the impact of financial discrepancies and control weaknesses.
   • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Prepare detailed audit reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
   • Maintain accurate and organized records of audit workpapers, supporting documentation, and audit trails.
   • Present audit findings and recommendations to management clearly and concisely.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
   • Communicate effectively with finance teams, management, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify issues.
   • Provide guidance and support to departments in understanding audit findings and implementing corrective actions.
   • Foster positive working relationships with internal and external parties to facilitate smooth audit processes.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Contribute to the development and refinement of auditing procedures and methodologies.
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
   • Participate in training and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial auditing or a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proven experience with financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and compliance auditing.
• Proficiency in accounting and auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies and irregularities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex information understandably.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
