In your first 90 days:
- Learn your clients' books inside and out
- Spot areas where systems can improve
- Share useful monthly reports and meet with clients to walk through what matters

- Youâre managing your team and accounts with confidence
- Youâve helped improve at least one major process
- Clients trust your advice and rely on your updates

What Helps You Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, including managing or mentoring others
- Confidence using QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping tools
- Clear, thoughtful communication (written and verbal)
- Strong organization and time management
- Ability to manage client relationships independently
