Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development

• Design engaging lesson plans tailored to online learning environments
• Integrate traditional methods (e.g., sketching, watercolor) with digital art platforms (e.g., Procreate, Krita, Adobe Illustrator)
• Create modules that blend theory (art history, composition) with hands-on practice
• Continuously update curriculum to include current art movements and digital trends
• Embed multimedia elements, video tutorials, and student showcases

Virtual Classroom Leadership

• Facilitate live and recorded art sessions using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
• Provide real-time feedback using shared canvases, screen sharing, and collaborative whiteboards
• Build an inclusive virtual classroom that celebrates all cultures and styles
• Host digital exhibitions and critiques to celebrate student progress

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications
