Role Overview

As a Telework Fashion Brand Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of defining and guiding the creative direction, marketing strategy, and brand development of a contemporary fashion label—remotely. Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Creative Direction

  • Define, evolve, and enforce the brand’s core identity across all global platforms

  • Develop seasonal creative briefs, visual style guides, and campaign mood boards
  • Maintain the integrity of the brand through rigorous quality control and brand reviews

Digital and Social Media Management

Social Media Campaign Execution

  • Manage day-to-day social strategy for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads
  • Collaborate with creators and fashion voices to broaden online visibility
  • Track and report engagement metrics to refine strategy
  • Test new formats, trends, and storytelling techniques to stay competitive
  • Ensure community guidelines and brand tone are consistently followed across platforms

Content Calendar & Planning

  • Own the editorial calendar and seasonal digital storytelling cadence
  • Collaborate with creative teams to schedule photoshoots and video production
  • Coordinate with PR, retail, and partnerships to sync digital messaging

Product Launch and Visual Branding

Collection Launch Planning

  • Partner with fashion designers, merchandisers, and production leads for new drops
  • Create 360° campaign plans including email, web, and social elements
  • Direct creation of digital assets such as banners, lookbooks, reels, and landing pages
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to align visuals across eCommerce platforms

Market Insight and Performance Optimization

Market and Competitor Research

  • Monitor global and regional fashion trends, consumer behavior, and digital innovations
  • Study competitor campaigns and performance metrics to gain insights
  • Utilize audience analytics, CRM reports, and market data to make strategic recommendations
  • Guide content optimization based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback

Public Relations and Brand Partnerships

  • Cultivate strong relationships with fashion media, stylists, and bloggers
  • Oversee brand collaborations, influencer gifting programs, and ambassador partnerships
  • Maintain media kits, press releases, and digital assets to represent the brand professionally

Core Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a brand management, creative direction, or digital marketing role in fashion
  • Proven success building or scaling a fashion/lifestyle brand digitally
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with fashion seasons, garment categories, and design language
  • Expertise in platforms like Adobe Suite, Canva, Shopify, and Klaviyo
  • Understanding of brand KPIs: engagement rates, CAC, retention, and LTV
