Senior Remote Change Management Consultant

📍 Anywhere 🏷️ Change Management Consulting 💰 $185,000 / year
A great ad doesn't just get seen — it gets clicked, remembered, and eventually turns into a customer. We're looking for a Virtual Social Media Advertising Manager who can run the entire process, from the initial strategy meeting to the final ROAS report. This is a fully remote, full-time role with an annual salary of $185,000. You'll own paid social strategy across the major platforms, working closely with content and marketing teams to make sure every dollar spent actually earns its keep.

The Heart of the Role

Paid social moves fast, and this role is built for someone who can keep pace. You'll be setting strategy one day and pulling apart a campaign's performance data the next, adjusting bids and creative on the fly when something isn't converting the way it should. It's a role that rewards people who are comfortable living in the numbers and the creative work at the same time.

Strategy and Planning

  • Build social advertising strategies that connect directly to broader business goals.
  • Research the competitive landscape to spot emerging opportunities and shifting trends.
  • Maintain a content and campaign calendar that keeps promotions organized across platforms.

Running Campaigns

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop ad copy, images, and video that actually resonate with the intended audience.
  • Watch live performance and shift bids, spend, and targeting the moment something needs a course correction.
  • Run A/B tests to determine which messaging and creative perform best.

Measuring What Matters

  • Monitor key metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend closely.
  • Put together performance reports that surface real insight, not just raw numbers.
  • Let the data guide ongoing changes to strategy rather than sticking with what worked last quarter out of habit.

Targeting and Budget

  • Build out audience segmentation strategies so campaigns reach the right people, not just more people.
  • Use platform-specific targeting tools, such as custom or matched audience features, to sharpen precision.
  • Manage advertising budget across channels and forecast spend on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Look for ways to stretch ad dollars further without sacrificing results.

Working With Others

None of this happens solo. You'll coordinate closely with the content team so that ad creative matches the brand voice, and with the wider marketing team so that paid social supports — rather than duplicates — everything else in motion. Sometimes that means bringing in outside designers or video producers when a campaign needs something the internal team doesn't have bandwidth for.

Staying Sharp and Staying Compliant

Platform algorithms shift often enough that standing still isn't really an option. Keeping up with industry trends, attending relevant webinars or conferences, and following changes on each platform are part of doing this job well. Every campaign also needs to follow platform guidelines and relevant data privacy regulations — ethical advertising isn't a footnote here; it's expected.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum required education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years running paid social campaigns that actually delivered measurable results.
  • Solid understanding of major social platforms, their ad formats, and their targeting capabilities.
  • Comfort with advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical instincts paired with genuine creative ability.
  • The ability to manage several live campaigns at once without losing precision on any of them.
  • The ability to walk a non-specialist through what the performance numbers actually mean, in plain terms.

A Plus, Not a Requirement

  • Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors or freelance creatives.
  • A history of working across time zones with distributed teams.
Positions like this one are regularly posted through Naukri Mitra, connecting paid social specialists with fully remote teams that need someone who can own performance from strategy through to the final report.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary of $185,000.
  • Work from wherever suits you, as long as the internet connection holds up.
  • Flexible working hours built around supporting genuine work-life balance.
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Ongoing professional development support, including relevant courses and industry events.
  • Clear opportunities for career growth as campaign scope and results expand.
