1. Develop and Execute Online Marketing Strategies
- Strategic Planning: Design, implement, and manage online product marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of our products.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends that will inform marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
- Product Positioning: Work closely with the product development team to craft compelling product positioning and messaging differentiating our products in the market.
- Content Strategy: Lead creating engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and supports the overall marketing strategy.
2. Drive Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Customer Retention: Create and execute programs to retain existing customers, improve customer satisfaction, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize tactics and improve ROI.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) involves Implementing strategies to improve conversion rates across various online channels, ensuring a seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.
3. Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product launches, go-to-market strategies, and customer feedback.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to provide updates on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations.
4. Budget Management and Reporting
- Budget Allocation: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in online product marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and managing a marketing team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
