What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Design and run detailed test cases for a variety of web apps and digital products, focusing on smooth user journeys.
- Check for compatibility across browsers and devices, identifying issues that impact layout or functionality on various platforms.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and product leads to align on goals and expectations.
- Utilize the latest automated testing tools to streamline and accelerate regression and smoke tests.
- Log, document, and monitor bugs using top-tier tracking tools, always following up to ensure issues are resolved.
- Participate in usability tests to provide feedback that helps make websites more accessible and user-friendly.
- Review post-launch metrics to ensure sites respond quickly and remain dependable as user traffic increases.
- Offer your perspective and help expand our library of QA best practices for the team.

What You’ll Bring
- A background in Computer Science, IT, or a similar area, or solid practical experience in QA roles
- At least three years in web application testing or a similar field, especially remote QA or software quality assurance
- Skilled in using automated testing platforms like Selenium or Cypress
- Strong with bug tracking and QA workflow tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Experience checking websites for browser compatibility and ensuring layouts adapt to different screens
- Understanding of usability testing principles and web accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
- Excellent documentation and communication habits
- Bonus: Any exposure to performance analysis tools or scripting (Python or JavaScript)
