Primary Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
- Proactively engage with inbound and outbound travel inquiries using omnichannel platforms
- Convert qualified leads through consultative sales techniques

- Monitor and exceed KPIs, including conversion rate, booking value, and retention
- Tailor digital offers with behavior-based targeting and upselling tactics

- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot for pipeline tracking
- Use AI chat assistants and automated workflows to respond instantly to inquiries

Required Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Tourism, Business, or related field)

Experience and Expertise
- 2+ years of proven success in travel sales or digital bookings
