Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Program Coordination:
    • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of training sessions, including arranging dates, times, and venues if necessary.
    • Manage training calendars, ensuring all sessions are properly planned and communicated to participants and trainers.
    • Manage logistical arrangements for virtual training sessions, including setting up virtual meeting platforms and ensuring all technical aspects function correctly.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of training programs, participant attendance, and certification status.
    • Prepare and distribute training materials, including handouts, presentations, and other resources needed for effective learning.
    • Assist in creating and updating training documentation, including manuals, guides, and online content.
  3. Participant and Trainer Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries from participants and trainers.

Qualifications:
