Your Core Contributions

Imagine a student’s “aha” moment after wrestling with a challenging concept. You’ll design those moments, building modular curriculum maps and digital learning resources that turn abstract principles into relatable, hands-on learning. Working closely with instructional designers and education technologists, your insights will steer everything from core lesson structure to the latest interactive tools.

• Develop, revise, and elevate STEM curriculum across K-12 and early college, using data from classroom pilots to refine and iterate resources.
• You’ll break down complex topics—like computational thinking or data analysis—into clear, engaging activities and project-based units that make learning stick.
• Your collaborative style brings together teachers, subject matter experts, and technologists, ensuring that every lesson meets real classroom needs and aligns with national and international standards.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments through surveys, one-on-one teacher interviews, and hands-on classroom trials, then translate that feedback into curriculum improvements that make an immediate impact.
• Create scaffolding and differentiated resources so every learner can progress, regardless of starting point or learning style.
• Infuse digital literacy, critical thinking, and future-focused skills into every unit, preparing students not just for tests but for a rapidly changing world.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Deep expertise in at least one STEM field (mathematics, science, technology, or engineering), with a passion for integrating them all.
• Experience designing and implementing standards-aligned curriculum—bonus points for work with NGSS, Common Core, or IB.
• Fluency in digital tools for remote curriculum creation—Google Workspace, Notion, Miro, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze feedback, assess learning data, and pivot resources for greater impact.

• Skilled at remote collaboration, you’ll partner with instructional coaches, tech leads, and classroom teachers to create resources teachers love and students remember.
