Key Responsibilities

Engineering Delivery
- Coordinate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups for predictable delivery
- Ensure code quality through process improvements, peer reviews, and CI/CD adoption
- Partner with product and design leaders to balance technical feasibility with user needs
Strategic Growth
- Scale the team through inclusive hiring and strong onboarding practices
- Align engineering direction with product vision and long-term business goals
- Promote technical innovation while reducing tech debt in collaboration with senior developers
