How You'll Work

Collaborate Across Content, Product, and Marketing

You’ll partner with strategists, designers, and engineers to build search-first experiences that also feel human. You might workshop titles with a writer in the morning, then work with developers on schema implementation in the afternoon. Context-switching is part of the rhythm, but focus is always preserved.

Your Background Might Include

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency)
• Demonstrated success in increasing traffic and rankings across B2B and/or B2C domains
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and site performance metrics
• Experience with keyword clustering, search intent analysis, and SERP feature optimization
• Comfort working across cross-functional teams in remote settings
• Bonus: experience with video SEO, programmatic SEO, or international SEO
