Location: Remote Salary: $99,387 per annum Overview: We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. As a Remote Senior Recruiter, you will be critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments while working from home. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of recruiting best practices, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates across different functional areas.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and create tailored recruitment plans that align with organizational goals.
    • Utilize data and market insights to adjust strategies and improve recruitment processes.
  2. Candidate Sourcing:
    • Identify potential candidates using various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
    • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Leverage advanced search techniques and tools to source passive candidates.
  3. Candidate Screening and Selection:
    • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through detailed interviews, reference checks, and skill evaluations.
    • Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on candidate suitability, compensation expectations, and market conditions.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  4. Recruitment Administration:
    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, applicant tracking, and offer negotiation.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
