Key Responsibilities
Facilitation and Team Coaching
- ✨ Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with energy and intention
- ✨ Help teams maintain focus on sprint goals, fostering accountability without stress
- ✨ Act as a trusted mentor, especially to new team members adapting to Agile frameworks
- ✨ Foster team resilience, creativity, and collaboration through inclusive engagement
Identifying and Removing Roadblocks
- Act as a supportive bridge between the team and external influences
- Quickly identify process bottlenecks and facilitate timely solutions
- Encourage open, respectful dialogue to anticipate and manage conflict constructively
Communication and Alignment
- Ensure clarity of vision by connecting team efforts to broader organizational goals
- Promote active listening and continuous feedback across departments
- Serve as a liaison to Product Owners and stakeholders for alignment and shared understanding
Encouraging a Growth-Oriented Culture
- Use metrics and feedback loops to identify team strengths and growth areas

Who You Are
Professional Background
- ✨ Minimum of 3 years working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technology-focused environment
- ✨ Holds one or more certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent
- ✨ Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS

- Skilled in Agile planning tools like Jira, Trello, or Rally
