Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Performance Management

• Design and implement systems to evaluate employee performance, aligning their efforts with organizational objectives.

Training and Development

Compliance and Policy Development

Ideal Candidate

Experience

• At least 3 years in HR roles, preferably in the retail industry. Remote work experience is a bonus!

Skills

Education
