Role Overview
What You’ll Do
As our Remote Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will be critical in identifying regulatory obligations, shaping internal policies, and supporting internal audits and compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze federal, state, and international regulations to ensure compliance with industry laws and internal policies
- Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures that align with current regulatory standards
- Monitor regulatory updates and proactively communicate relevant changes to internal teams
- Review internal practices and evaluate organizational exposure to legal or compliance risks
- Assist in organizing documentation and responses during regulatory examinations and reviews
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops on compliance topics to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with legal, HR, IT, and operations teams to embed compliance into everyday workflows
- Research and interpret new regulations across different jurisdictions to ensure business continuity
- Track regulatory trends and assess potential business impacts through structured reporting tools
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and regulators when required for high-risk or sensitive issues

Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum three years of hands-on experience in roles focused on compliance, legal governance, or regulatory controls
- Deep understanding of GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks
- Proficient in compliance tools, audit software, and reporting systems
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to translate complex regulations into actionable insights
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality while working with proprietary data and sensitive documentation
Preferred But Not Required
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CRCM, CCEP, CAMS)
- Experience working in SaaS, FinTech, or regulated digital industries
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks beyond the US, such as PCI-DSS, AML, and ISO standards
- Exposure to legal documentation and oversight in multinational environments
