Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Oversight

  • Lead the strategic oversight of a variety of property types, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
  • Craft and execute tailored strategies for each property, with a focus on long-term asset appreciation.

Financial Performance

  • Track and enhance portfolio financial outcomes through thoughtful analysis and goal setting.
  • Work alongside financial planning and operational units to shape budgets, manage capital planning, and interpret financial results.

Tenant Relations & Occupancy Management
