Role Overview: The Remote Pharmaceutical Recruiter will identify, engage, and onboard high-caliber talent in the pharmaceutical industry. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an optimal match and foster long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent in the pharmaceutical sector, including passive candidates.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and role-specific requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
