Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain talent pipelines that align with business priorities and workforce plans.
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening conversations to assess qualifications and candidate interest.
- Leverage recruitment analytics to track sourcing metrics and refine strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to continuously optimize candidate targeting and outreach messaging.
- Keep recruitment records current and organized within sourcing and applicant tracking tools. (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Attend virtual talent planning meetings and contribute to diversity sourcing strategies.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and authenticity in all candidate interactions.
