Key Responsibilities

Lead with Strategy

• Supervise a high-performing team of remote loan officers.
• Define performance metrics and lead weekly pipeline reviews.

Oversee Loan Operations

• Manage daily loan origination workflows to ensure compliance with underwriting and lending guidelines.

Collaborate Across Teams

Who Are You

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in loan origination, mortgage lending, or financial services.
• At least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Deep understanding of lending regulations, credit policies, and risk management.
• Comfortable using digital platforms to manage customer relationships and workflows.
• Proven ability to communicate, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under pressure.
