Key Responsibilities

Lead with Strategy

  • Supervise a high-performing team of remote loan officers.
  • Define performance metrics and lead weekly pipeline reviews.

Oversee Loan Operations

  • Manage daily loan origination workflows to ensure compliance with underwriting and lending guidelines.

Collaborate Across Teams

Who Are You
