- Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Develop workforce planning strategies to address current and future talent needs, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Employee Relations and Compliance:

Qualifications:
- A bachelorβs degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, as well as an advanced degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR), is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR program management, with a successful track record of implementing impactful initiatives in a remote or hybrid environment.
