Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Plan Development and Customization
- Design tailored wellness plans for individuals and cross-functional teams
- Recommend resources and digital tools that align with employees’ personal wellness goals
- Adapt programs based on changing personal and organizational priorities
One-on-One Guidance
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess mental and physical well-being
- Promote lifestyle improvements encompassing exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mindfulness
Education & Awareness
Employee Training & Engagement
- Host interactive webinars and virtual workshops on topics like stress management, ergonomics, and energy regulation
- Lead wellness-themed events and campaigns promoting proactive self-care
Content Creation
- Create multimedia content such as guides, video series, and monthly bulletins
- Maintain an accessible, well-organized virtual resource library for employees globally
Analytics & Improvement
Data Collection & Analysis
- Collect and evaluate data related to employee engagement and wellness participation
- Use assessments and feedback to refine health-focused programming
Reporting
- Deliver well-being performance reports to leadership with actionable insights
- Track trends in morale, retention, and productivity linked to wellness initiatives
Collaboration & Culture
Organizational Alignment
- Partner with HR and leadership to align health initiatives with broader business objectives
- Influence company policies supporting mental health, PTO, and flexibility
Peer Programs & Community
- Coordinate with managers to identify departments needing targeted support

- Facilitate open forums and wellness circles to encourage shared experiences
Skills & Qualifications
✅ Required Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, health promotion, HR, or a related discipline
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in roles such as wellness coaching, engagement coordination, or human-centered support
- Technical Skills: Experience leading virtual health programs
- Soft Skills: Empathetic communicator with strong active listening skills
- Wellness Knowledge: Solid understanding of mental health, stress resilience, and holistic wellness
