Key Responsibilities

Craft and Deliver

• Write clear, concise, and engaging internal communication materials, including newsletters, leadership announcements, policy updates, and employee engagement campaigns.
• Translate complex topics into straightforward, relatable content that connects with employees across all levels of the organization.

Support Leadership Messaging

• Collaborate directly with company leaders to craft messages that reflect authenticity, transparency, and vision.
• Assist in preparing scripts, talking points, and Q&A briefs for executive communications.

Foster Team Alignment

• Encourage cross-functional collaboration through strategic messaging and regular updates.
• Ensure teams stay informed about organizational priorities, project milestones, and cultural initiatives.

Embrace Global Voices

• Create messaging that reflects a diverse, multicultural workforce, respecting regional nuances and linguistic differences.
• Ensure inclusion and equity in all written communication.

Track and Improve

• Use employee feedback, surveys, and data analytics to measure communication effectiveness.
• Recommend adjustments and implement improvements to optimize clarity and engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Experience and Skills

• At least two years of relevant experience in employee communications, messaging strategy, or internal engagement
• Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong understanding of tone, audience segmentation, and content strategy
• Experience using internal platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and internal newsletters
• A flair for visual communication tools is a plus
