Remote Business Analyst

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
   • Conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

   • Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   • Utilize data analytics tools to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
   • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
   • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
3. Project Management and Coordination:
   • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
   • Assist in developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
   • Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
4. Solution Design and Implementation:
   • Work with technical teams to design and develop solutions that meet business needs.
   • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
   • Provide support during the implementation phase and assist with post-implementation reviews.
5. Stakeholder Communication and Support:
   • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.

   • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.
6. Process Improvement:
   • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

7. Documentation and Knowledge Management:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven successful project delivery track record.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and business analysis software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
