Key Responsibilities

Design & Build

• Architect scalable, maintainable, and efficient server-side applications
• Develop robust RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices
• Translate business needs into powerful back-end logic

⚙️ Improve & Optimize

• Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks
• Ensure application security, availability, and reliability
• Tackle complex data management issues with creative flair

Collaborate & Contribute

• Pair up with front-end engineers to deliver full-stack brilliance
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and roadmap planning
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical strategy

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

✅ Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience in back-end or server-side development
• Deep knowledge of API architecture and data structures

• Comfort with cloud platforms and containerization
• Passion for clean, testable, and scalable code
