Responsibilities
Research Planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and define research questions.
- Design research studies, selecting the best methods to uncover meaningful insights (e.g., interviews, focus groups, ethnographies).
Data Collection & Analysis

Deliver Compelling Reports
Presentation & Communication:
- Translate complex data into clear, engaging narratives.
- Create impactful presentations with visuals and stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into strategic plans.
Collaboration & Innovation
Team Contributions:
- Partner with product managers, designers, and marketers to align research findings with business objectives.
- Contribute to building a culture of curiosity and empathy within the organization.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Skills
- A degree in psychology, sociology, anthropology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in qualitative research methods and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and tell compelling stories.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Creativity in designing research approaches and presenting data.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
