Location: Remote Annual Salary: $68,654 Position Overview: We seek a motivated and experienced Online Training Coordinator to manage and oversee our online training programs' development, implementation, and maintenance. This remote position requires a detail-oriented professional passionate about education and technology who coordinates multiple projects and collaborates with diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, project management, and e-learning platforms. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Development and Management:
    • Design, develop, and implement online training programs and courses in alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and compelling content.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
  2. Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate the end-to-end process of online training projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
    • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of training programs.
    • Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
  3. E-Learning Platform Management:
    • Oversee the administration of e-learning platforms, ensuring they are functioning effectively and efficiently.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to learners and instructors.
    • Stay updated with the latest e-learning technologies and trends to enhance the training experience.
  4. Content Creation and Review:
    • Develop and curate instructional materials, including multimedia content, assessments, and interactive elements.
    • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with learning objectives.
    • Review and revise existing training materials as needed to maintain quality and relevance.
  5. Learner Support and Engagement:
    • Provide support and guidance to learners throughout their training journey.

  6. Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Design and implement assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

  7. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including HR, IT, and leadership, to align training initiatives with organizational needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in online training coordination, instructional design, or e-learning development.
  • Proficiency with e-learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, authoring tools, video conferencing software).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve training programs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in instructional design or e-learning development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
