Key Responsibilities
Leadership Coaching & Alignment
- Coach team leaders and senior management to enhance organizational synergy.
- Facilitate leadership retreats, development plans, and goal-setting sessions remotely.
- Cultivate inclusive leadership styles that encourage innovation and psychological safety.
Culture Transformation Initiatives
- Design and guide culture enhancement strategies using diagnostics and qualitative feedback.
- Support values alignment and communication frameworks for dispersed teams.

Change Management & Strategy
- Support enterprise change through coaching, stakeholder mapping, and readiness assessments.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise
- Proven expertise in organizational development, leadership coaching, or talent strategy.
- Strong grasp of digital facilitation techniques and remote engagement methods.
- Demonstrated success in driving remote cultural or structural transformation initiatives.
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Capital, or a similar discipline.
- ICF, EMCC, or comparable coaching certification preferred.
