Digital marketing rarely falls apart because one channel underperforms. It falls apart when nobody's connecting SEO, paid campaigns, content, and budget into one coherent push. We're hiring an
Online Marketing and Advertising Manager who can hold the whole picture together and still ship campaigns that move the needle.
This is a remote, full-time role. You'll set the direction for digital marketing here, and you'll be the person leadership calls when they want a straight answer instead of a slide deck.
The job, in short
Search, social, email, display — you're running all of it, not as separate lanes but as one strategy pointed at the same goals. Plan the campaigns. Watch the data daily, not weekly. Catch a weak campaign before it eats through the budget, not after. You'll also manage vendor relationships and stay close to sales and product so marketing doesn't end up guessing at what the rest of the company actually needs.
Core responsibilities
- Build and run digital marketing strategy across search, social, email, and display
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM, database marketing, and paid campaigns start to finish
- Track market trends and competitor moves to spot openings before they close
- Keep brand messaging consistent everywhere it shows up online
- Own the content calendar and give direction to the creative team on blogs, video, and other formats
- Oversee SEO across everything published, not just flagship content
- Read campaign data and turn it into next steps, not just a report nobody acts on
- Report KPIs and ROI to senior leadership, clearly and without spin
- Allocate marketing budget across channels for the best return
- Run A/B tests that actually change how campaigns get built
- Manage external agencies and vendors, and hold them to what they promised
What we're looking for
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
Experience:
5 years minimum running digital marketing and advertising, with results to show for it.
- Real proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools — used regularly, not once
- Solid SEO/SEM knowledge and comfort inside a CMS
- Both creative instinct and analytical rigor. This role needs both, not one or the other
- Project management skills strong enough to run several campaigns at once without dropping one
- Communication sharp enough to hold its own across cross-functional teams
- A habit of letting data drive the decision, even when it contradicts a hunch
Bonus qualifications
- A Master's degree or a recognized digital marketing certification
- Experience managing a marketing budget in the six figures or higher
- Time spent working directly with sales or product on go-to-market strategy
- Familiarity with attribution models beyond last-click
Pay and benefits
This role pays $85,000 a year. Beyond that:
- Full remote flexibility, work from wherever suits you
- Comprehensive health insurance
- Paid time off, plus a real budget for professional development
- Genuine room to grow as the marketing function scales
Roles with this level of ownership don't turn up often. If you've been scrolling boards like
Naukri Mitra looking for something with actual strategic weight behind it, this is it.
The team you'd be joining
You'll work directly with sales, product, and customer support so marketing stays grounded in what the business actually needs, not what looks good in isolation. Expect frequent check-ins with leadership — they want to know what's working now, not what worked last quarter.
Apply
Send a resume and a cover letter that gets specific — name a campaign you ran, what it delivered, and what you'd change if you ran it again. We care less about the list of tools on your resume and more about how you actually think through a problem.
