In this remote role, you’ll utilize digital tools to bring business education to life—guiding students through management, marketing, entrepreneurship, finance, and leadership. Responsibilities and Duties
Curriculum Delivery
Deliver foundational and advanced business topics including but not limited to marketing strategy, financial planning, human resources, business ethics, and entrepreneurship
Develop and revise curriculum content that aligns with modern industry standards and learner needs
Design modular learning resources that facilitate both synchronous and asynchronous instruction
Instructional Engagement
Facilitate live online lectures using tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Create and share recorded video lessons to accommodate different learning styles and schedules
Integrate case studies, simulations, and real-world examples to enrich classroom discussions
Promote active student engagement through project-based assignments and interactive exercises
Assessment & Feedback
Administer quizzes, exams, and practical business simulations to assess understanding
Provide individualized, constructive feedback to encourage student improvement and growth
Keep detailed documentation of learner progress, participation records, and evaluation outcomes using the Learning Management System (LMS)
Collaborate with students on personalized development plans to support career readiness
Manage virtual classrooms with clear expectations, routines, and communication protocols
Use LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard) to distribute materials, manage assignments, and track progress
Respond promptly to student inquiries and technical concerns
Organize office hours and one-on-one check-ins to provide academic support
Professional Development
Stay current with trends in digital education and business practices through self-study and training sessions
Participate in webinars, professional learning communities, and remote instructor development programs
Engage with other teaching professionals to exchange innovative instructional strategies and continuously enhance course delivery
✅ Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Education, or a closely related field is required
A Master’s degree or postgraduate certification is strongly preferred, especially in Education or Business Administration
Professional Experience
At least 2 years of experience teaching or training in a business-related discipline, preferably in an online setting
Prior experience in curriculum design, instructional technology, or course facilitation is highly desirable
Skills and Competencies
Ability to present complex business theories in a clear, understandable, and relatable way
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for digital formats
Strong familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on learner feedback and performance
Preferred Skills and Credentials
Background in corporate training, adult learning, or executive education
Certification in online instruction (e.g., Google Certified Educator, Online Teaching Certificate)
