As a Moving Laborer, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and organizing items during moves. You will work closely with a team to ensure that moving tasks are completed efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities
Loading & Unloading
✔️ Safely load and unload household or office items into moving trucks
✔️ Use correct lifting techniques and assist with heavy lifting when necessary
✔️ Secure items to prevent damage during transportation
✔️ Unpack and arrange items at the destination as per client requests
Equipment Handling
✔️ Utilize moving equipment such as hand trucks, dollies, and straps
✔️ Assist in the disassembly and reassembly of furniture when required
✔️ Wrap and protect fragile items to prevent breakage
✔️ Follow best practices for handling specialized equipment and tools
Safety & Compliance
✔️ Adhere to safety guidelines to minimize workplace injuries
✔️ Maintain organization and cleanliness of moving trucks and equipment
✔️ Ensure compliance with transportation and weight regulations
✔️ Report any incidents or damages encountered during the move
Communication & Teamwork
✔️ Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members
✔️ Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive experience
✔️ Work collaboratively with other movers to complete tasks promptly
✔️ Adjust to last-minute changes or unexpected challenges effectively
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Ability to lift and transport heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) regularly
Stamina to work long hours in physically demanding conditions
Ability to follow precise instructions and manage tasks efficiently
Punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced work setting

Experience in moving, warehouse operations, logistics, or general labor
Familiarity with using moving tools such as dollies and lifting straps
