✨ What You’ll Be Doing

As a Mason, you will be crucial in shaping New York’s landscape, working on everything from residential homes to commercial landmarks. Your tasks will include:

Construction & Installation

Laying bricks, blocks, and stones precisely creates strong, durable structures.
Constructing walls, chimneys, arches, and walkways with expert craftsmanship.
Following blueprints and specifications ensures accurate construction.

Repairs & Restorations

Repairing and restoring historic masonry, ensuring structures maintain their original integrity.
Identifying and fixing cracks, chips, and damage in stone, brick, and concrete.
Using specialized techniques to reinforce aging buildings and structures.

Mixing & Application

Preparing mortar and other binding materials for proper adhesion.
Ensuring materials are mixed and applied according to project requirements.
Using advanced tools to shape and cut materials with precision.

Compliance & Safety

Adhering to all building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Utilizing personal protective equipment and maintaining a safe work environment.
Ensuring proper handling and disposal of masonry materials.

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for individuals who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and passionate about their craft. The ideal candidate will possess:

Must-Have Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in masonry or a related construction field.
Proficiency in working with brick, stone, concrete, and other masonry materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Muscular physical endurance and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Bonus Points If You:

Have certifications in masonry or related construction trades.
Have experience with restoration projects or intricate masonry designs.
