What You’ll Be Doing:

Core Responsibilities

• Perform various construction tasks, including site preparation and maintenance.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assigned work.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters and masons, with their work.
• Set up temporary structures, such as scaffolding and safety barriers.
• Ensure the worksite remains clean and organized.
