Your Role as an HVAC Technician

As an HVAC Technician, you will maintain and install climate control systems to ensure our client's highest efficiency and comfort level.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units ✅ Identify and troubleshoot issues to maintain peak system performance ✅ Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend system lifespan ✅ Work alongside engineers and designers to enhance HVAC system efficiency ✅ Stay updated on industry advancements, regulations, and best practices ✅ Follow safety protocols and adhere to company and industry standards. ✅ Deliver exceptional customer service and establish strong client relationships ? ✅ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians. ✅ Implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce environmental impact

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain one) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Knowledge of ductwork, air handlers, and refrigerant circuits Familiarity with smart thermostats, energy-efficient technologies, and modern HVAC systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Valid driver’s license (required for job site visits) Willingness to adapt and grow within a dynamic work environment
