Open Positions

• Home Nurse: Focus on medication schedules, mobility assistance, and creating a healthy home environment.
• Caretaker: Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, and maintaining daily routines.
• Japa Maid: Help new mothers with baby care, post-delivery support, light cooking, and infant massage.

These are long-term residential roles. You will live in the family’s home and be part of their everyday life.

Salary & Inclusions

• Monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (based on the work and your experience)
• Room to stay and daily meals provided
• One scheduled day off per week
• Direct communication with our support team if any problem arises

We ensure salaries are paid in full and on time by the family—no cuts or hidden charges.

Daily Responsibilities

Depending on the job, your duties may include:

• Giving medication on time
• Helping with bathing and grooming
• Light cooking or heating food
• Supporting elder mobility and simple exercises
• Taking care of newborns: feeding, sleep, cleaning
• Keeping rooms tidy and quiet
• Talking with the patient or elder for emotional support

All responsibilities are clearly explained before you start. We only place you where your skills and comfort match the family’s needs.

Home Environment

You’ll be working in private homes, not hospitals. These homes typically offer:

• A separate bed or rest area for you
• Daily routines that are clear and consistent
• Supplies like gloves, thermometers, or diapers, as needed
• A respectful family who values your work

Our team checks in regularly to make sure both sides are comfortable and communication is clear.

Work Tools and Support

You’ll have access to essential items such as:

• Digital thermometer
• Pulse oximeter
• Sanitizer and gloves
• Feeding tools for babies or elders

If you’re unsure about using any item, we offer guidance before or during placement. You’re never left on your own.

• Can speak Telugu or Hindi
