Key Responsibilities

✔️ Diagnose malfunctions in heating systems and implement precise repair solutions. ✔️ Conduct tests to confirm optimal energy efficiency and system performance. ✔️ Detect and resolve obstructed airflow, clogged filters, and leaky ducts. ✔️ Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to pinpoint inefficiencies. ✔️ Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and industry guidelines.

Customer Service & Documentation

✔️ Guide clients on system operation, maintenance recommendations, and energy-saving practices. ✔️ Address customer inquiries and offer expert recommendations on improving heating efficiency. ✔️ Keep comprehensive records of maintenance, repairs, and part replacements. ✔️ Collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and management to maintain seamless service operations. ✔️ Deliver excellent customer service to foster long-term client relationships.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge

At least 2 years of experience in heating system installation and repair. Expertise in hydronic, forced-air, and steam heating systems. Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams. Familiarity with building codes and industry regulations.
