Responsibilities
Customer Service
- ✅ Welcome customers warmly and provide helpful assistance
- ✅ Offer support with fuel pumping and purchases
- ✅ Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- ✅ Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- ✅ Promote in-store deals and recommend products to enhance the customer experience
Station Maintenance
- ✅ Keep the station, including fuel pumps and store areas, neat and presentable
- ✅ Restock store shelves and ensure products are well-organized
- ✅ Regularly inspect and maintain equipment for proper operation
- ✅ Adhere to sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment
⛽ Fuel Management
- ✅ Monitor fuel levels and coordinate restocking with management
- ✅ Follow safety procedures for handling and dispensing fuel
- ✅ Assist customers with minor vehicle checks, such as tire pressure and oil levels
Compliance & Safety
- ✅ Adhere to all company policies and government regulations regarding fuel sales and storage
- ✅ Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and maintain a secure workspace
- ✅ Maintain station operation logs and follow compliance guidelines
Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or fuel station operations is a plus
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fuel systems is helpful but not mandatory
