Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication & Assembly: Operate and maintain fabrication tools such as saws, drills, welding machines, and CNC equipment.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Analyze and follow technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to precisely execute fabrication tasks.
• Material Processing: Measure, cut, and shape raw materials such as metals, plastics, and composites according to project requirements.
• Welding & Joining Techniques: Apply welding, brazing, and soldering techniques to construct durable components.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve operational issues with fabrication machinery and tools to maintain production flow.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA and workplace safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize fabrication techniques and enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in fabrication, machining, or a related manufacturing field.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in metalworking, welding, and the operation of fabrication tools and machinery.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Diagnosing issues and implementing practical solutions within the fabrication process.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in measurements and assembly to meet production specifications.
• Physical Endurance: Capability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and operate tools in a physically demanding environment.
• Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training or certifications in fabrication or welding are preferred.
