Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication & Assembly: Operate and maintain fabrication tools such as saws, drills, welding machines, and CNC equipment.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Analyze and follow technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to precisely execute fabrication tasks.
- Material Processing: Measure, cut, and shape raw materials such as metals, plastics, and composites according to project requirements.
- Welding & Joining Techniques: Apply welding, brazing, and soldering techniques to construct durable components.
- Quality Control & Inspection: Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve operational issues with fabrication machinery and tools to maintain production flow.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA and workplace safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize fabrication techniques and enhance efficiency.
What Weβre Looking For
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in fabrication, machining, or a related manufacturing field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in metalworking, welding, and the operation of fabrication tools and machinery.
