Role Overview

Position Purpose

Key Responsibilities

✨ Engagement Insights & Analysis

Conduct in-depth reviews of employee engagement data and trends Identify root causes of disengagement and propose actionable improvements Design insightful presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders Track longitudinal shifts in morale and cultural indicators over time Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives using feedback loops and surveys

Develop custom strategies based on organizational culture and goals Implement engagement models that reflect company values and aspirations Provide implementation roadmaps with phased action steps and milestones Ensure alignment between engagement efforts and broader business strategy Collaborate across teams to embed engagement into the talent lifecycle

Lead remote team-building exercises and empathy-driven sessions Host interactive leadership workshops and feedback forums Support employee-led groups and inclusivity initiatives Curate virtual events that reinforce shared purpose and mission Facilitate regular forums for team recognition and peer appreciation

Required Skills & Expertise

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR consulting, or culture transformation roles Skilled in facilitating virtual discussions and managing digital collaboration tools Demonstrated strength in interpreting complex data and deriving clear, strategic recommendations Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building capabilities Comfortable handling varied priorities and adjusting to changing circumstances in dynamic environments

Preferred Competencies

Experience working with global or hybrid teams Familiarity with engagement software like Officevibe, TinyPulse, or Qualtrics Understanding of DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) frameworks Certification in HR, Organizational Development, or Coaching is a plus Strategic thinker with experience driving change initiatives at scale
