What You’ll Be Doing

Patient Care & Comfort

Assist dentists chairside during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions.
Create a welcoming and reassuring environment for all patients.

Sterilization & Organization

Maintain a sterile and organized workspace while adhering to OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
Disinfect and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
Ensure the operatory rooms are adequately stocked and prepared before each appointment.

Records Management

Accurately update and manage patient records, including medical history and treatment documentation.
Assist with digital X-rays, imaging, and intraoral scanning for precise diagnostics.
Coordinate with front desk staff for scheduling and record-keeping.

Innovative Solutions

Implement new techniques to enhance workflow and improve the patient experience.
Collaborate with the dental team to introduce efficiency-driven solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in dental care.

⚙️ Technology & Equipment Mastery

Operate digital imaging software, intraoral cameras, and other modern dental technology.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Qualifications & Experience

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent training.
Experience in a fast-paced dental environment (preferred but not required).
